Here is a smooth and nourishing porridge recipe prefect for your Subo bottle. Ideal for babies, toddlers or on the go. It is creamy, digestible and naturally sweetened.

Ingredients:
Rolled oats: 20g (about 2 tbsp)
Water: 100ml
Milk (breast milk, cow's milk, formula or plant milk): 80ml
Mashed banana or apple puree (optional): 30g
Cinnamon: a pinch (optional)
Method:
1. In a small pot, combine oats and water. Bring to a gentle simmer.
2. Stir constantly and cook for about 8-10 minutes, until soft and thickened.
3. Add milk, mashed banana or apple purée, and cinnamon. Stir well.
4. Simmer for another 2 minutes until creamy.
5. Let it cool slightly, then blend or mash if needed.
6. Pour into your bottle using your Subo Funnel.
