Shipping policy

Goods are usually dispatched within 1-3 days of order receipt. We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $9.95 which is charged automatically at checkout. For standard shipping deliveries please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. *Delays may occur during holidays or due to extreme weather. Standard shipping services are shipped using Australia Post or Sendle Couriers. We can ship to PO Boxes via Australia Post services only.
We offer Express Post shipping at a flat rate of $14.95, this service can be selected at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: the timeframe are estimates only and delivery time may be longer to some destinations. Delivery estimates commence from the date of dispatch, not date of order. While we strive from 1-3 days, during busy periods, orders can take up to 5 business days to dispatch.

Free shipping
Free standard shipping on orders over a total cost* of $100 within Australia. You can choose to upgrade free standard shipping to the Express Post service for an additional $5. This service can be selected at checkout.
*Total cost: Total amount on order before shipping fee is added and after any promotional discount code applied.

Re-delivery fee
In the event a parcel is re-sent back to us due incorrect address, non-collection, or no contact from the customer after the card has been left by Australia Post, a re-delivery fee of $9.95 will be charged to have this item sent back to you. 

International shipping – customs, duties, and tax
We offer standard shipping to New Zealand at a flat rate of $14.95 through Sendle which is charged automatically at checkout. For standard shipping deliveries please allow 6-27 business days for delivery based on location. * Delays may occur during holidays or due to extreme weather.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or postage strikes. We are unable to re-direct orders once items have been dispatched. Please be aware that for international orders, some countries may apply additional charges in the form of duties and/or taxes on imported items. Details of these additional costs are unknown at this time as they are enforced by the destination country and are charged in local currency. Customs policies vary from country to country. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These costs are not included in our freight cost.

Return & exchange policy

If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase we will happily return/exchange the item/s, provided:

  • All items are returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that you supply proof of purchase.  No exchange or refund can be given after 30 days for change of mind or if you have made the wrong decision.
  • The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.
  • Email us on with the following details: Your Name, Invoice number, Items purchased, Reason for return and request for replacement, exchange or refund. We will send you a Returns ID number. Once this has been supplied, return your item in its original packaging and we will refund the purchase within 10 business days of receiving the product(s) back.
  • Post the product(s) to Subo Products Australia Pty Ltd, 10/56 Norcal Rd, Nunawading VIC 3131.

Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund be given if the products received are used, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. 

It is suggested that you send your return package by registered post or express post, as Subo Products Australia Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in transit. We charge a minimum shipping charge within Australia when replacing goods (unless faulty, see note above).
