Berri nice smoothie

The rich source of antioxidants from berries combined with potassium-rich coconut water and bananas makes this recipe not only delicious but also hydrating. Potassium is an important electrolyte and trace mineral required to regulate fluid balance.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup mixed berries(fresh or frozen)
1/2 ripe banana
1/2 cup coconut water
1/4 cup natural unsweetened yoghurt (regular, soy or coconut)

Method:
Step 1: Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 2: Pour into Subo bottle and serve.
Step 3: For a cool drink on a warm day try frozen banana and/or berries.
