These Terms and conditions apply to users of the Subo Products Australia Pty Ltd (ABN: 45 615 375 678) website. By using this site, you accept and agree to these Terms and conditions. We suggest that you carefully read the Terms and conditions that are detailed below as these form the basis of the sale agreement between you and Subo Products Australia Pty Ltd when you purchase goods from this website. If you proceed with your purchase, you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to these Terms and conditions. We may from time to time, change or add content to this website (including our Terms and conditions) without notice. At all times, we will try to ensure that the images on our website are as accurate and as close to the actual product as possible. It is essential that you use the actual written descriptions of each product when deciding to purchase a product from Subo Products Australia Pty Ltd. All information and services are provided on the basis that you undertake the responsibility for assessing at your own risk.
All prices on the www.suboproducts.com.au website are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. The prices indicated exclude freight and handling. Prices are subject to change without notice. Subo Products Australia Pty Ltd will at all times use our best efforts to ensure that the prices on this website are accurate at any point in time. When price changes occur, they will be automatically updated on our website. In addition to the purchase price, all delivery charges, sales tax, GST, extra packaging charges and Government taxes, if any, shall be payable by the customer.
Please ensure all orders are complete, and that colours, quantities and products are correct before confirming your order. Once the order has been confirmed we are unable to amend, change, swap out, or remove / add any items. Your orders are processed as quickly as possible - so any changes after confirmation cannot be made. All order cancellations must be emailed or sent in writing. Your order is considered current unless cancelled in writing (via email) by either the customer or Subo Products Australia Pty Ltd. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
We want you to be completely happy and satisfied with your purchase from the Subo Products Australia Pty Ltd online store. If for any reason you wish to return the product, you can do so within 30 days of the date of sale, provided that you supply proof of purchase. We will refund the cost of your purchase. The cost of the freight for the goods being returned will be the only charge you will incur.
Please contact us prior to sending your purchase back to us so we can provide you a ‘Returns ID number’. Once this has been supplied, simply return your item in the original packaging and we will refund the purchase within 10 business days. All shipping/handling charges are non-refundable unless your product is faulty. We recommend you return all products using registered post, as without a tracking number we will not be able to track lost parcels. If you would prefer to exchange goods rather than receive a refund, then you will be sent a replacement and we will charge you for the shipping cost. Please contact us here in order to enquire about returning or exchanging goods.
Refunds & exchanges (after 30 days)
In the case of products purchased more than 30 days ago we will consider a refund only when a product is faulty or is returned unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase and in saleable condition. Used, soiled, damaged product without the original packaging will be returned to the purchaser. Once returned goods have been received and assessed by Subo Products Australia Pty Ltd a refund may be issued. Postage and handling charges of returned products are non-refundable unless a product is deemed faulty.
Subo Products Australia Pty Ltd takes great pride in supplying quality products. If your product/s is found to be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of the date of sale by sending an email to email@example.com. We will then work with you to rectify the situation. Subo Products Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned goods prior to offering a repair or replacement. A repair or replacement may be refused if the fault is considered to be normal wear and tear rather than of a manufacturing origin. If the fault is deemed to be of a manufacturing origin, the product will be repaired or replaced and returned to you as soon as possible. Postage and handling charges associated with the product being sent back to the purchaser will be covered by Subo Products Australia Pty Ltd.
Freight & shipping policies and costs
We offer a flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping Australia wide. We use E-Parcel with Australia Post and Sendle. Please contact us for further information around where you can buy Subo Products overseas. Please allow between 3 to 10 days for delivery, depending on your location within Australia. All items are dispatched from our office within 72 hours of receiving your order, unless your order is placed on a weekend, public holiday or during a peak period. If placed during a sale, or peak periods such as Christmas please allow up to 7 days for your order to be shipped (not including weekends). You will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order has been placed. Please check your Junk Email folder, and if you still can’t find your confirmation, please contact us with your order number to check the status of your order. In the event a parcel is re-sent back to us due incorrect address, non-collection, or no contact from the customer after the card has been left by Australia Post, a re-delivery fee of $9.95 will be charged to have this item sent back to you.
Free standard shipping on orders over a total cost* of $100 within Australia. You can choose to upgrade free standard shipping to the Express Post service for an additional $5. This service can be selected at checkout. *Total cost: Total amount on order before shipping fee is added and after any promotional discount code applied.
Parcels are automatically labelled as “Authority to Leave”, which means that they do not require a signature. If you require a signature or personalised instructions, please add a note upon checkout or contact us directly after you place your order.
Incorrect goods supplied
If Subo Products Australia Pty Ltd supply you with an incorrect product, we will remedy the situation by replacing it with the correct item, once the incorrect product has been returned to Subo Products Australia Pty Ltd unused, in its original packaging and in saleable condition. Subo Products Australia Pty Ltd will be responsible for the freight charges involved.
Use of goods
It is essential that the products purchased from Subo Products Australia Pty Ltd are only used in the manner for which they are intended to be used and infants are carefully monitored at all times when in use. Please carefully read the directions on the packaging in which the goods are supplied. Products purchased from Subo Products Australia Pty Ltd may not be modified in any way whatsoever from the condition they were supplied in. Your warranty will be deemed void if this occurs.
We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All credit card payments are secured via encryption on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. No credit card information is stored by/on our website.

Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes. By consenting to Subo Product’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Subo Products through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders). You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Subo Products. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary. We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider. You may opt-out of the Service at any time. If you have subscribed to other Subo Products mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honouring requests made in such messages. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
