Looking for an easy toddler breakfast idea? This nourishing tropical smoothie is a favourite of dietitian mum Millie Padula and her son Lenny! It's a simple way to offer fruit, vegetables, yoghurt and healthy fats in one delicious breakfast.
And the best part? Make once. Nourish twice. You can prepare one smoothie for bub and pour the rest into a cup for mum!
